We tailor the tour to your priorities—space, storage, light, or layout—highlighting community features (green spaces, parking, nearby conveniences) and showing the suites that best fit your criteria. We gather feedback and answer questions on the spot.
4. Discuss Lease Terms . After the tour, we review rent, lease length, deposits, included services, and current incentives so you have a clear picture with no surprises.
5. Follow-Up & Next Steps. You’ll receive a follow-up email summarizing the suites you liked, application requirements, instructions for the security deposit, applicable incentives, and floor plans. When you’re ready, submit your application and we’ll guide you through approval and move-in.
